Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Order processing times are between 3-5 days from date of placing order. Please note that Order Processing times are different than Shipping Times. Order Processing Time is in addition to Shipping Time.

 

SHIPPING:

AT THIS TIME, MOMBRU ONLY OFFERS DOMESTIC SHIPPING. WE CURRENTLY CANNOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES.

Mombru is not responsible for any shipping discrepancies that may arise from the shipping carrier. Mombru can only provide estimates on current shipping times which may vary depending on season, shipping method chosen at checkout, weather, etc. We have no control over transit times once your package has been dropped off to the carrier. 

Free Shipping: When free shipping is offered, Mombru will ship your products via Ground Shipping, which is 5-10 days depending on carrier (USPS, UPS). You will receive tracking information via email once your order has left our Headquarters (i.e once postal carrier has received your package and can update tracking, you should have your tracking information from us via email).

Ground Shipping: Shipping via Ground Shipping will take 5-10 days depending on carrier and shipping destination. We currently offer a flat rate for shipping products off of our website. Please note that shipping will be added at checkout.

Priority Shipping: Priority Shipping will take 2-5 days depending on carrier and destination location. We currently offer a flat rate for shipping products off of our website. Please note that shipping will be added at checkout.

 

RETURN SHIPPING:

Customer is responsible for shipping a package back to Mombru via initiating a return outlined in our Return Policy. Customer is required to obtain and provide tracking information on any packages sent back to Mombru. Please note that if a Return item has not been received by Mombru within 14 days of shipping label creation (by Mombru, Paid by Customer), or if package is lost or stolen in transit back to us, your return will not be accepted and you will not be refunded. 

Packages that are returned to Mombru that are not properly initiated via our Return Policy will not be accepted.

 

SHIPPING REFUNDS:

Shipping will only be refunded if an order is canceled prior to the order Shipping. If item(s) have already shipped, Mombru is unable to accommodate a refund for the price of shipping, and a return will have to be initiated after you receive the package per our Return Policy.

 

FINAL SHIPPING REMARKS:

Mombru is a small business, we try our best to get orders packaged and shipped in a timely manner, however, total order processing times (ORDER PROCESSING + SHIPPING TIME) is 10-15 days from date of order with Ground shipping and 5-10 days for Priority Shipping.
